Damages/Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item.
Delivery Issues:
Please check surroundings after delivery confirmation. If you still cannot find your package please contact us and we will contact the carrier. We will review to determine if we will replace, refund or discount on a case-by-case basis.
